This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a Cicibicim Pro subscription or any other paid digital product from Cicibicim. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Using Cicibicim is free. You only pay if you choose to subscribe to Cicibicim Pro, and you can cancel at any time.

If you buy Cicibicim Pro directly from us — for example on www.cicibicim.com — and you are not happy with it, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to give a reason.

If your subscription started with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. The 14 days begin on the day of your first payment, when the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, so please cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We know mistakes happen. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want and have not used Pro since the charge, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will look at it fairly.

If you subscribed in the Android app, your payment was taken by Google Play, not by us, and we cannot issue the refund ourselves. Refunds for these purchases follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested from Google, in the Google Play app or at play.google.com.

If you have trouble with a Google Play refund, tell us at info@cicibicim.com and we will help where we can.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged but Pro did not unlock, contact us at any time. We will fix the problem or refund the payment, whichever you prefer.

Email info@cicibicim.com from the email address on your Cicibicim account and include the date of the payment and, if you have it, the order or receipt number.

We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear. Once a refund is issued, Pro access ends.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
