Is Cicibicim free?
Yes. Stories, the learning path, grammar, listening, writing, quizzes, streaks and the leaderboard are free. Mini-games have a time limit on the free plan.
What does Cicibicim Pro add?
Unlimited mini-games, no ads, Mistakes Review, unlimited extra practice, direct WhatsApp support and a Pro badge. Current prices are on the Pro page.
Which devices does it work on?
On Android through the Google Play app; on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows through the browser at www.cicibicim.com. Sign in with the same account and your progress shows up everywhere.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Press “Get started”, choose your goal and level, and do the first mini-lesson. You create an account afterwards to save the stars you earned.
What is a streak, and what does Nap Day do?
Each day you complete at least one activity, your streak grows by a day. If you miss a day, Nap Day steps in once a week and your streak stays alive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you bought it on Google Play, cancel from Google Play subscriptions; if you bought it on the website, use “Manage subscription” on the Pro page. You can cancel at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases made on the website can be refunded within 14 days. The Refund Policy has the details.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings > Delete account. Your account and progress data are removed permanently.
